Outta The Park Ep. 85, Nov. 18, 2018 - Guests - Adam Lind, Brian Jeroloman

By: admin. Posted in: Outta the Park(Episodes) on November 18, 2018

***NOTE*** The word s@&t is used on this episode. Catching up, on 1st and behind the plate. Adam Lind, former Toronto Blue Jay first baseman, joins Barry to touch base and bring us up to speed as to where he’s at. The guys discuss Adam’s career beginnings, playing with Jose Bautista, the winning of his Silver Slugger award, Independent Ball and everything in between. Adam is at his best when he’s candid about his thoughts on the current state of baseball and why he feels he’s a free agent. Adam wants to play in the MLB and is not shy about his thoughts on it. Friend of the show, and glorious story teller, Brian Jeroloman calls in for Ask Barry Davis. Barry, Matt and Brian answer the question and then discuss a myriad of things including Joe West. Minor League names, Matt’s latest obsession, are discussed and Brian delivers, as usual. Raj Suppiah talks lung punctures. The First Pitch is about Canadian versus American currency, Vlady Jr., xenophobia, baseball in Japan and Troy Tulowitzki. Discursive as usual. The results of the Fair or Foul Poll are revealed and they are definitive. Listen On SoundCloud
